Data Center Operator 數據中心操作員

• Responsibilities:

  ·       Conduct daily inspections of the data center including temperature and humidity measurement, indicator lights monitoring, etc., and notify customers to follow up on violations if any

  ·       Test and manage fiber optics and network cables and troubleshoot internal wiring issues

  ·       Label equipment and update records when equipment exchange

  ·       Monitor BMS, environmental systems, access control, elevator, CCTV, and fire alarm, addressing fault and anomalies, and reporting emergency promptly

  ·       Manage connection of the low-voltage air switches

  ·       Assist vendors with inspections and maintenance of the data center and related equipment

  ·       Arrange duty personnel working schedule, prepare daily and monthly reports, and respond to client inquiries via phone and email

  ·       Provide on-site assistance for client project and maintenance work。

  ·       每日進行數據中心的檢查，包括溫度和濕度測量、指示燈監控等，如有違規情況，通知客戶跟進

  ·       測試和管理光纖及網絡電纜，並排除內部接線問題

  ·       當設備進出數據中心時，貼上或移除條碼標籤，並更新電腦記錄

  ·       監控樓宇管理系統（BMS）、環境系統、安全控制、電梯、閉路電視和火災警報，處理故障和異常，並及時報告緊急情況

  ·       管理低壓空氣開關的連接

  ·       協助供應商檢查和維護數據中心及相關設備

  ·       安排值班人員工作，準備每日和每月報告，並通過電話和電子郵件回應客戶查詢

  ·       為客戶項目和維護工作提供現場協助

• Requirements:

  ·       Able to perform mandatory shift duties

  ·       Basic knowledge of networks and communications

  ·       Experience in testing instruments for connectivity and optical power measurement of fiber optics and network cables

  ·       Experience in monitoring data centers, operating low-voltage switches for connection and disconnection, and conducting certain safety operations

  ·       Possession of Electrical Worker Registration is preferred

  ·       Attentive and responsible

  ·      Basic command of both spoken and written English & Chinese.

  ·      Good PC skills including MS and typing skills (both English & Chinese)

  ·       Maintain a clean criminal record

  ·       具備基本的英語和中文口語及書寫能力

  ·       良好的電腦技能，包括MS辦公軟件和打字技能（英語和中文）

  ·       沒有犯罪記錄
