Customer Support Officer - FIT

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing and potential customers
• Prepare, negotiate contract and handle customers' enquiries
• Follow up tour bookings and customers’ feedback
• Monitor, analyze sales and market trends
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirements

• Senior Secondary Level (HKCEE/HKDSE) or above
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience
• Excellent sales technique
• Initiative and customer focused
• Good team player with good communication skill and problem solving skill
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Sales Executive
