Customer Services Clerk (5-day work week)

职位描述

Job Duties

  • Follow-up shipment orders, track & trace, coordinate with offices and agents, as well as maintaining rate system & data quality
  • Liaise with customers for order follow-up.
  • Communicate with overseas agents.
  • Coordinate with operations and warehouse teams on shipment arrangements.
  • Ensure smooth daily operation for shipping arrangements.
  • Responsible for order fulfillment process and logistics arrangement in a timely manner.
  • Monitor order status and work closely with internal parties to resolve shipment issues
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Requirements

  • F.5 or DSE
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • PC literate in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), advance in Excel is preferable
  • Attention to details and capability of handling multi-tasks are required
  • Good team player
  • Proactive, independent, responsible, well organized, able to work under pressure
  • Experience in handling key account is an advantage
