Customer Service Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee Customer Service and Courier team's operations and problems solving;

Arrange roster of CS department and courier team;

Design sample pickup route;

Facilitate sample and information delivery between customers and internal departments;

Communicate efficiently with internal and external parties;

Provide training of new comers;

Perform ad hoc projects as assigned;

Review and modify the SOP when needed

Job Requirements:

Higher Diploma or Degree holder in business or any related disciplines;

Minimum 5 years working experience of which at least 2-year supervisory experience is preferable;

Solid CS & Courier management experience is an advantage;

Good phone manner, interpersonal and communication skills with various parties, and problem solving skills;

Responsible, detail-minded, self-motivated, pleasant and a good team player;

Ability to perform multi-tasks and work under pressure;

Willing to perform overtime work and extra duties if necessary;

Alternative Shift on Saturdays;

Immediate availability is highly preferred
