Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Officer/Programme Officer to support the planning and delivery of our training programmes. This role involves course coordination, trainer liaison, enrollment support, and classroom management, ensuring the smooth operation of all activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Programme & Course Administration

  • Assist in the development, coordination, and scheduling of courses and training programmes
  • Provide enrollment support, including handling registrations, inquiries, and follow-ups

Trainer Coordination

·       Liaise with trainers to confirm availability, arrange course schedules, and coordinate teaching materials

·       Ensure trainers are supported throughout the course cycle

Classroom Management

·       Oversee classroom logistics, including setup, equipment, and materials

·       Provide on-site support to ensure smooth operation during classes

·       Ensure that classrooms are well-maintained and prepared in advance of each session

Administrative & Operational Support

·       Support the organization of ad-hoc projects, seminars, and other related activities

·       Ensure all administrative processes comply with internal policies and timelines

·       Assist with reporting and general clerical duties as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree holder in any displicine or Higher Diploma or above with working experience is education centre;
  • Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in customer service or administrative support;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; advanced skills for data management are highly preferred;
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadline;
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive in problem-solving;
  • Experience in course coordination, trainer scheduling, or classroom management is a strong advantage;
  • Five Days work & 15 days annual leave;
  • Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM  (Schedule may be adjusted based on course arrangements)
    May need to work on Saturdays and/or Sundays occasionally, when there are trainings;

  • Willing to work on shift is a big plus;
  • Fresh graduates will be considered as Programme Assistant;
