Workplace location: Millennium City 5, APM (Kwun Tong MTR)

Job Description:

• Empower our clients to comprehend our products with ease and confidence
• Maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients
• Provide support and guidance to clients through WhatsApp, phone calls, and emails.
• Partner with colleagues from diverse departments to consistently deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Create and distribute e-Newsletters regularly to keep customers informed about our latest system feature updates.
• *Provide on-the-job training

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Communication, Business or other relevant disciplines
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience (Fresh graduates with positive attitudes are also welcomed)
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese & English
• Self-motivated and adaptable to a service environment, with a customer-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
• Typing proficiency in Chinese and English
• Immediate availability is preferred
