Customer Service Executive

• Handle customer inquiries and bookings via WhatsApp professionally and promptly
• To provide full administrative support
• To provide general support to coordinate day-to-day operations of the company
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide a welcoming experience

Requirements :

• Education level: Form 5 / HKDSE or above
• 2 to 3 year's relevant experience
• Able to work independently, initiative and be flexible
• Good PC skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• 5.5-day work week
