Customer Service Co-Ordinator

Japanese Electronics Trading Co. is looking for a high-caliber candidate to fill the following position:

Customer Service Coordinator / Sales Coordinator

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in issuing Purchase Orders, Invoices, and Shipping Documentation
• Monitor delivery schedules and track outstanding Sales/Purchase Orders to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Liaise proactively with vendors and customers to coordinate delivery timelines and resolve any logistics issues

• Support Sales team and ad hoc duties

Requirements:

1. Good in Excel & Typing skills (Chinese / English)
2. Good in Spoken Mandarin and English, Japanese is an advantage
3. Good team player, detail-oriented, reliable, cooperative, and highly self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility

4. HKDSE or equivalent with full certificate
