We are now looking for talented Retail Creative Designer. YAICHI aims to recruit brilliant

minds who have entrepreneurial spirit, love to share Japanese culture and products to

the rest of the world and most importantly, are open-minded to embrace changes and

uncertainty.

What you will be focusing on:

● Build an unique brand identity that align with market's need and preference

for business growth;

● Work closely with retail team by providing effective design to support the

brands, including but not limit to store vm, offline events & pop-up, product &

packaging development;

● Manage the project timeline, coordinating with vendors and contractors to

ensure on-time and on-budget delivery;

● Communicate with floor managers to work on new arrival launches,

promotion and product display;

● Demonstrate ownership for allocated design projects;

● Able to pick up ad-hoc projects if necessary.

Requirements:

● Strong design skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop,

Illustrator);

● Excellent at multitasking and project management;

● Curious, talented and ready to build a brand from 0 to 1;

● Passionate in work and able to work in a fast-paced and growing business

with constant change and challenge;

● Understand your strengths, take initiative and work independently;

● Team player and problem solver;

● Interested in Japanese culture is a bonus;

● 5+ years working experience in related area, preferably within retail industry;

● A comprehensive CV and portfolio that showcases your work.
