Role & Responsibilities:
- Assist company leadership in developing strategies and evaluating new opportunities in full spectrum of corporate development activities in healthcare sector globally, including mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, partnerships, investments, business collaborations
- Conduct industry research, market analysis and landscaping exercises for innovative technologies and emerging verticals within the healthcare sector
- Conduct rigorous analysis including valuation, financial and business case modeling to evaluate and identify potential targets and opportunities for corporate development
- Support deal negotiation, deal structuring, due diligence, deal execution and internal cross-functional coordination for the purpose of potential transaction
Knowledge & Requirements:
- Around 5 years of experience in investment banking, financial advisory, private equity, management consulting, corporate planning or related fields
- Solid foundation in corporate finance, investment, M&A with strong corporate valuation capabilities and relevant transaction experiences
- Educational background or experience in the healthcare sector, especially in diagnostics space, is a definite advantage
- Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills with good business acumen and analytical capabilities
- Excellent command of both written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
