About the role

Work with the Commercial Team at GF Technovation, a spin-off from the Business Strategy and Transformation Department of Guardforce Group, to launch, implement and promote the new technology-based services.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the execution of commercial development strategies and other business initiatives to achieve the financial targets
  • Handle daily account management, including pitching, promotion and other sales administration duties
  • Promote the launch of new services / businesses to external parties
  • Maintain project timelines, prepare status updates, follow up on action items, and support the completion of deliverables across teams
  • Liaise and build strong relationships with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent communication and alignment on business projects
  • Organize documentation, manage project files and databases, and participate in meetings with internal and external parties for business meetings
  • Prepare reports and summaries to track ongoing project activities, risks, and opportunities for improvement
  • Conduct market research and market assessment to stay with the pulse of the tech-trend
  • Assist in coaching Sales Team(s) of branch offices in Hong Kong, Macau, and Thailand

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
  • 1-3 years of work experience. Sales experience in technology-based services is an advantage
  • Strong business acumen with solid planning and analytical skills
  • Passionate about learning, enhancing services and developing execution plan
  • Proactive and possess a positive can-do attitude; able to work independently
  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in English and Cantonese, fluent in Putonghua
  • Skilled in MS office applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
