About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Clinic Receptionist to join our team at the Osteopathic Centre Hong Kong in Central, Hong Kong. This is a part-time position, offering flexibility to balance your work and personal commitments.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting and welcoming patients in a warm and friendly manner
• Handling incoming phone calls and managing patient appointments
• Providing excellent customer service and addressing patient inquiries
• Maintaining up-to-date patient records and medical information
• Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management
• Ensuring the reception area is well-organised and presentable at all times

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role, ideally within the healthcare industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with patients in a professional and empathetic manner
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail
• Proficiency in using computer systems and databases
• A team player with a positive and proactive attitude
• Fluency in English and Cantonese, with Mandarin being an advantage
