About the role

We are seeking a full-time Clinic Assistant/Imaging Centre Receptionist to join our growing team at BNS Medical Imaging Limited' in Central and Western District. As a Clinic Assistant/Imaging Centre Receptionist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our medical imaging facility.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting and welcoming patients in a friendly and professional manner
• Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments
• Handling patient inquiries and providing information about our services
• Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring confidentiality
• Assisting with the preparation and organization of the clinic and imaging areas
• Providing general administrative support, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
• Collaborating with the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with patients, healthcare professionals, and colleagues in a friendly and professional manner
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to priorities tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using office equipment and computer applications, such as Microsoft Office suite
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate and confidential patient records
• A genuine interest in healthcare and the ability to provide a compassionate and empathetic patient experience
