Responsibilities:
- General administrative functions for the department, including data input and documentation
- Take phone message and handle simple enquiries
- Prepare client analysis reports
- Maintain the filing system and coordinate all related actions
- Internal courier
Job Requirements:
- Form 5 HKCEE/HKDSE graduate or above.
- 1 year working experience in office work is an advantage
- Good command in English
- Fresh graduates are highly welcome
