Channel Sales Manager

We are seeking a driven and articulate Channel Sales Manager to join our team in Hong Kong. This role will focus on managing and expanding sales channels across the city, with a strong emphasis on building trusted relationships and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with sales channels in Hong Kong, particularly local pharmacies, retail shops, and Asian export channels.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market reach.
• Coordinate with overseas suppliers to ensure a consistent and high-quality product supply.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product offerings.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and logistics, to ensure the timely and effective delivery of products to customers.

• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
  

Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of professional sales experience.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis to support reporting and sales tracking.

• Fluent Mandarin (native-level) and excellent English are required; Cantonese is a plus.
