We are seeking an energetic Junior Executive / Executive Officer to join our Chairman Office Secretariat Team and provide comprehensive administrative support to the Chairman and facilitate effective communication with stakeholders.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the Chairman’s Office in various projects and administrative tasks.
  • Gather relevant information and data to assist the Chairman in decision-making.
  • Address inquiries, feedback, and complaints from both internal and external stakeholders with a responsive and professional approach.
  • Handle correspondence and documents including filing and maintaining accurate records.
  • Collect, input, verify data / statistics and compile report/returns.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating meetings, including creating agendas, preparing minutes, reports, and summaries, and coordinating follow-up actions.
  • Provide support on ad-hoc assignments.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant office administration experience.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • High level of trustworthiness.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and tight deadline.
  • Candidates with more than 7 years' experience will be considered as Executive Officer.
