Report to the foreign CEO
Responsibilities
○ Provide a full spectrum of professional, personal, and administrative support to the CEO;
○ Arrange the CEO's schedule and provide necessary support;
○ Travel arrangements, including making travel, accommodation, and logistics arrangements;
○ Follow up and plan for meeting arrangements, not limited to scheduling, coordinating, preparing agendas, attending meetings, and taking minutes;
○ Closely liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth business operations;
○ Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned;
○ Office Management, including but not limited to HK board meeting arrangement, town hall preparation, product liability insurance renewal, BR/NAR1/AR renewal, etc.
Qualifications
○ Fluent spoken and written Chinese(Mandarin) and English as working languages;
○ Flexible
○ Excellent communication skills
○ Professional Integrity
○ Accountability
