Business System Analyst / Scrum Master / IT Group / (WFH Policy)

Job Description:

• Interact with projects stakeholders and comprehend business requirement.
• Provide user support activities and maintaining service levels.
• Develop system solution design and prepare functional requirement document.
• Provide technical advice to development team/partners to achieve team goal.
• Communicate with external development teams on system integration projects.
• Work with development partners to manage the implementation on new features and support.
• Act as Scrum Master for secondary team, facilitating Scrum Events - possibility to transfer as a full time Scrum Master

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT (e.g. Computer Science or Information Systems or related disciplines)
• Minimum 5-8 years’ working experience with at least 2 years engagement as Business System Analysis in system projects. For candidate who has more experience would be considered as Senior role or Assistant Manager
• Experience working with off-shore development team
• Experience with Database, Web Application Programing and System Integration Projects.
• Experience with IT Projects for Logistics and/or Supply Chain Solution Industry is a plus.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Overseas travelling may be required.
