Business Development Manager/ Officer (Building Restoration & Constructions)

PES Consulting is representing a Global Building Construction Group in its search for a Business Development Manager/ Officer. This is a pivotal opportunity for a business development executive who thrives in identifying opportunities, building relationships and business growth and company expansions.

Client Details

Reporting directly to the CEO and Project-in-Charge, this role will play a critical responsibility in steering the company through its next phase of business growth, with a strong focus on building relationships and company expansions. This is not a traditional Business Development - we are seeking a strategic person with business acumen and exceptional relationship management and soft skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial and residential building market, including networking with property managers, developers, building owners, and consultants. Especially for building restoration and construction projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to drive repeat and referral business.
• Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends, project opportunities, and key competitors.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations to potential clients.
• Maintain sales records, prospective client lists, and project pipeline management via Microsoft Office or company tools.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to promote company services and expand market reach.
• Collaborate with project and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery and high client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles, preferably within construction, restoration, or related industries.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and resourceful.
• Proficiency in MS Office and IT tools is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Hong Kong’s commercial and residential properties; in the restoration and construction market is highly valued.
