Qualifications & experience
- Degree holder preferable in Business or Logistics management.
- Min. 3 years of sales or account servicing experience in transport logistics industry.
- Knowledgeable in e-platforms, cross-border eCommerce, and air freight forwarding.
- Proficient in both English and Chinese.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Business mind-set, flexible, with can-do attitude.
- Show drive to find solutions.
- Able to work in teams with multi-cultural environment.
- Business trips to China are required.
Tasks & responsibilities
- To prospect, analyze, and recommend business solutions to major accounts from e-platforms, consolidators and direct e-sellers.
- To make sales plan and meet the sales targets given by the company, ensuring continuous growth and maximizing returns.
- To obtain information of market trends and customer needs, therefore providing insights to the management, with recommendations.
- To establish business pipeline in parallel with sales plan, ensuring sales force efficiency and healthy new business development in line with sales and strategic plans.
- To maintain regular contact and follow up with existing accounts, for maximum retention and sustainable business relationship.
- To analyze trading portfolio and identify threat and opportunity.
- Assist in business development activities related to logistics and warehousing.
- Manage and coordinate special services relating to warehousing, local transport and airfreight as required.
- Provide weekly sales updates and report and prepare for quarterly reviews.
