Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth market research to uncover potential clients and partnerships within the IT, Cloud, AI, and Education Technology (K12) solutions landscape. Develop strategic approaches to reach and connect with high-potential prospects.
- Develop and implement creative strategies to initiate and deepen customer relationships, with a clear focus on expanding our market presence in IT, Cloud, and Education IT solutions.
- Cultivate strong, enduring relationships with clients to foster trust, drive customer satisfaction, and achieve targeted sales goals. Emphasize our broad portfolio of IT, Cloud, and Education solutions to meet diverse client needs.
- Present and sell our complete range of offerings—including Cloud, AI, Application Development, Cybersecurity, Data Backup, and Education IT Solutions (K12). Leverage consultative selling techniques to align our solutions with customer challenges and objectives.
- Develop detailed, success-oriented plans to optimize deal closure rates. Apply critical thinking and our deep expertise in IT and Cloud solutions to ensure the successful delivery and implementation of contracts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred, though relevant experience may also qualify.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in selling Education IT Solutions (K12 sector) is required.
- 2–5 years of demonstrated success in IT solution sales, with specific experience in Cloud and AI solutions highly desirable.
- Proven ability to quickly absorb and apply knowledge of new technologies, particularly within the IT and Cloud services arena.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese, with a talent for fostering clear, persuasive interactions.
- Self-motivated and responsible with a proactive approach to collaboration, contributing effectively to team goals.
- Solid experience developing and executing winning business development strategies in IT, Cloud, AI, and Education solutions.
- Proven track record in business development for the commercial, education, and NGO sectors, including crafting tailored solutions and fostering long-term client relationships.
- Demonstrated determination to exceed sales targets through focused, persistent effort.
