Drive growth for premium hair care brands by identifying business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and implementing innovative sales strategies across upscale salons, fitness centers, and luxury retail channels.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Identify, research, evaluate, and pursue business development opportunities in upscale hair salons, fitness centers, hotels, and luxury retail stores that align with the company's short and long-term goals
  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to generate business across diversified channels
  • Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and joint promotional activities to showcase our hair care brands and drive sales
  • Assist in the effective penetration of new hair care products and SKUs with the assigned brands
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to participate in trade shows, industry events, and other promotional initiatives to generate new leads and stay abreast of market trends


What We're Looking For

  • Strong understanding of the hair care industry, including distribution channels, customer preferences, and market dynamics
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in business development or sales related position within the hair care industry
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders
  • Proactive, analytical, and results-oriented approach to achieving sales targets
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed
