We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Business Development Executive for our client. This role will drive revenue growth through proactive sales activities. Your primary mission is to generate new leads, nurture prospects, and close deals. You will use every tool available—including social media—to identify potential clients and build a robust sales pipeline. Key Responsibilities:
Proactive Lead Generation & Prospecting: Actively hunt for new sales opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, social selling, and networking. You are responsible for building your own pipeline.
Social Selling: Leverage social media platforms, specifically 抖音 (Douyin) and 小红书 (Little Red Book),to identify and engage with potential clients, showcase your industry knowledge, and generate qualified leads.
Full-Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales process from first contact to final close. Conduct persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Build strong, trusting relationships with prospects. Understand their needs and objections, and effectively communicate how our client's financial products (forex, commodities, precious metals) provide the solution.
Market Analysis for Sales Intelligence: Research and analyze market trends to identify new sales opportunities and tailor your pitch to different client segments.
Collaborate with Marketing: Work with the marketing team to develop compelling sales collateral and digital content that converts leads into customers.
What We Look For (Requirements):

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or any related field. Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) is essential to engage with our target market.
- A keen interest in financial markets (forex, commodities, precious metals) and a motivation to become a product expert.
- Familiarity with 抖音 (Douyin) and 小红书 (Little Red Book) as tools for professional networking and lead generation is a major advantage.
- Highly organized, with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize revenue-generating activities.
