Business Development Executive

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Business Development Executive for our client. Assist in lead generation, client management, and social media (Xiaohongshu/Douyin). Requires strong communication skills, financial market interest, and social media savvy. Fresh grads welcome. Great opportunity to grow in sales and digital marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Senior Business Development Manager in achieving business objectives by assisting in the business development process, including lead generation and client follow-ups.
• Provide excellent support to potential and existing clients in designated markets, ensuring high-quality communication and service.
• Analyze financial information and conduct strategic research to assist in developing sales and marketing materials.
• Develop a strong understanding of forex, precious metals, commodities, and other structured products to support business development efforts.
• Assist in managing and optimizing content for social media platforms, particularly Red Note (Xiaohongshu) and Douyin, to enhance brand visibility and client engagement.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned to support the business development team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or associate degree in Advertising, Communications, Social Media, or related fields preferred.
• Familiarity with Chinese social media platforms such as Xiaohongshu and Douyin is highly desirable.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior internship or project experience in social media or marketing is a plus.
• Basic understanding of business development processes and willingness to learn about financial products.
• Knowledge of precious metal trading (a plus but not mandatory).
