Business Development Executive (Fresh Graduate / IANG / Non-Cantonese Speaker)

About the role

As a Business Development Executive at Phoenix District Limited, you will have the opportunity to kick-start your career in sales and new business development. This full-time entry-level position is located in the Kai Tak area of Kowloon City District, and is perfect for fresh graduates, IANG candidates, or non-Cantonese speakers looking to gain valuable experience in the sales industry.

What you'll be doing

1. Actively prospecting and generating new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and digital marketing efforts
2. Scheduling and conducting meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions
3. Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals
4. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients (Client base will be provided)
5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
6. Participating in ongoing training and development to continuously improve your sales and business development skills

What we're looking for

1. Higher Diploma or above, preferably in a business-related field
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients at all levels
3. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
4. Driven, ambitious, and passionate about sales and business development
5. Proficient in English and Mandarin (Cantonese language skills are preferred but not essential)
6. Fresh graduates, IANG candidates, and non-Cantonese speakers are encouraged to apply
