Business Development Director

Job Requirements:

l   University degree holder in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or related discipline

l   Minimum 10 years experience in business development and marketing, preferably in PRC and Asia Pacific region

l   Prior experience as senior management in sizable PRC entity is a definite advantage

l   Ability to lead a business development team, driving their performance and professional growth

l   Talented business leader with excellent analytical, negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills and able to present directly to the board of directors

l   Excellent command in both written and spoken English; native mandarin speaker is highly preferred

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

l   Identify, evaluate, develop and drive new business opportunities, and maintain good relationships with business partners

l   Able to introduce potential acquisition targets or strategic partners in the PRC or Asia Pacific region that can enrich the business portfolio of the conglomerate

l   Report to the board of directors and formulate and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals and maximize shareholders’ value

l   Lead the business development team

l   Collaborate with internal business units on the development and execution of marketing and business plans

l   Travel frequently amongst existing and potential business locations across the PRC and Asia Pacific region
