What you'll be doing

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and document business requirements for supply chain systems and processes
• Analyse existing supply chain operations and identify areas for improvement through the implementation of new technologies
• Design and develop business process models, workflow diagrams, and user stories to effectively communicate solutions to technical teams
• Test and validate supply chain solutions to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance
• Provide training and support to end-users, fostering a smooth transition to new systems and processes
• Continuously monitor and optimize supply chain solutions to drive ongoing efficiency and cost savings

What we're looking for

• 1-2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the supply chain or logistics industry
• Proven track record of successfully analysing and documenting business requirements for supply chain systems
• Experience with supply chain technology platforms and ERP systems, such as SAP Retail, TradeBeyond, etc
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to think strategically and identify innovative solutions
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in business process modelling, data analysis, and technical documentation
