Key Responsibilities:
1. Analyse and document detailed business and functional requirements for ticketing system enhancements and maintenance.
2. Collaborate with multiple stakeholders including venue managers, ticket agents, IT teams, and contractors to gather inputs and ensure alignment with business goals.
3. Assist in planning and coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), support defect resolution and assist in resolving production issues.
4. Facilitate communication between technical teams and end-users to ensure clear understanding of requirements and smooth project delivery.
5. Liaise with presenters to negotiate ticketing service offerings, prepare quotations, and manage invoicing processes.
6. Occasionally work onsite at client offices to coordinate and support project activities.
7. Support feasibility studies and reviews for future ticketing system developments and service improvements.
8. Provide professional advice on ticketing operations, business processes, and new initiatives related to project.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
- Around 3 years’ experience in business analysis, preferably in ticketing, event management, or IT projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
- Familiarity with system development lifecycle and software testing methodologies.
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
- Proactive, team-oriented with a customer service mindset.
