Business Analyst

Job duties:

• Assist in planning, execution, and monitoring of project activities
• Track sales & marketing data and performance metrics for analysis
• Collaborate and coordinate cross-functional teams to understand business needs
• Trouble shoot on issue by analyzing error log and keep track of issue status and follow up in well manner
• Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High diploma with 3 years of working experience
• Experienced in data management or data analysis is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Chinese Word processing
• Proactive self-starter and fast learner
• Good team player and able to deal with large quantity of data (high accuracy in tight timeline)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Immediately available is preferred
