We seek a talented Business Analyst with substantial experience in the service and retail industry to join our team and ensure seamless integration.
Job Description: As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in our CRM implementation project. You will work closely with various business units to map out business processes, identify requirements, and translate them into actionable tasks for our technical team. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring that our CRM system meets the needs of our business and enhances our operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business processes and workflows.
- Analyze and map out current and future state business processes.
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications for the technical team.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and validate solutions.
- Work closely with the technical team to ensure accurate implementation of business requirements.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
- Provide ongoing support and training to end-users.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the service and retail industry.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and implementation processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
