Business Analyst - Business Planning

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize business processes, preparing comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management in both English and Chinese.
• Translate business documents, presentations, and communications accurately between English and Chinese (Simplified and Traditional as required), ensuring clarity and cultural appropriateness.
• Collaborate with Product and Finance teams to develop business cases and financial models in both languages.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams across Hong Kong and Mainland China to align business objectives.
• Support data-driven decision-making by extracting insights and contributing to strategic planning initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
• Native or near-native proficiency in Mandarin and fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong presentation and communication skills in both languages.
• Ability to translate complex business information accurately between English and Chinese.
• Minimum 1 year’s experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and facilitate effective collaboration across cross-functional teams.
