• Business Analyst / Assistant Project Manager (Technical Support-Software)

Job Summary: 

The IT Business Analyst is responsible for analysing business processes and requirements and developing solutions that align with the client's goals and objectives. This position requires an understanding of IT systems and technology, as well as analytical and communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

- Assist Project Manager in planning and executing projects

- Collaborate with project stakeholders to identify business needs and requirements

- Develop and document business requirements, functional specifications, and use cases

- Work closely with IT teams to design and implement solutions that meet business requirements

- Provide support to pre-sales team in preparing the scope of work for proposals

- Participate in testing to ensure solutions meet requirements

- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new solutions 

Job Requirements:

• High Diploma or above in in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years solid experience in business analysis, preferably in an IT environment.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to identify business needs and requirements.
• Good command of both written & spoken in Chinese, English, and Mandarin
• Aggressive, good problem-solving skills, and presentation skills
• Able to work independently and according to schedule
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
