Brand Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets, market share growth, and profitability;
• Develop pricing strategies and promotional plans to maximize product appeal;
• Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, trends, and competitor strategies;
• Analyze sales data, forecast demand, and adjust tactics to optimize performance and capitalize on opportunities
• Define unique selling propositions and translate brand vision into actionable tools (pitch decks/training materials/comparison table) to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and enhance pitching effectiveness;
• Collaborate with the team to develop advertising materials, packaging, and promotional content;
• Lead cross-functional departments for successful product launches;
• Analyze sales performance and customer feedback to measure campaign effectiveness;
• Coordinate and propose innovative initiatives to enhance brand equity;
• Establish, develop, and maintain strong customer relationships, regularly meeting/pitching with clients
• Other tasks assigned by management

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in mobile-related products or the telecommunications industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role preferred;
• Deep knowledge of mobile/telecom products, or experience pitching to clients, is an advantage;
• Fluent in English and Cantonese (Mandarin a plus);
• Proficiency in MS Office, data analytics and Android smartphone operation;
• Chinese and English typing
