POSITION SUMMARY
The position is responsible to drive brand management, brand engagement and overlook smooth execution of marketing tactics for assigned brands in Hong Kong and Macau.
He/she will work closely with Business Insights, Sales Manager and other platform functions to drive product growth and execute campaigns with innovative, strategic and in timely manner. He/ She will manage operating expenses of assigned brands and ROI, ensuring the realization of revenue and profitability targets for assigned brands.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Leverage channel and portfolio strategies to customize and implement core brand strategies

Building brand awareness and increasing brand value and profitability

Planning and developing marketing initiatives including deliverables, meeting and events, sponsorships, direct to consumer campaigns and branding programs

Manage external partner and/or vendor to execute marketing initiatives

Collaborate with functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives comply with PV reporting, CEP registration, FCPA, VMAP etc

Increasing product sales and market share to drive business growth

Establishing budgets, performance specifications and sales estimates

Measuring and reporting on campaign performance and assessing KPIs and ROI

Ensuring that messaging and marketing activities are aligned with brand and company values

Providing training to field force on product knowledge, positioning, and prioritization

Hosting regular planning meeting, business performance reviews and other business meetings

Develop talent to support brand management and organizational growth
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree holder or equivalent
-
Must have 5+ years in marketing/brand management and exposure in healthcare/ pharmaceutical industry
