Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to test actual implementation of feature and functionalities across digital projects, focusing on variety of digital key platform, including enhancement of features and functions of such systems
  • Take proactive action to provide a high level of internal and external support to users and clients.
  • Be involved in troubleshooting and diagnosis of issues in the trading eco-system
  • Manage daily digital system requests and issues, provide effective/timely resolution and communicate accordingly with the users and stakeholders
  • Perform release management responsibilities – be the gatekeeper for the production and UAT environments, ensure all changes are correctly applied, tested and deployed
  • Conduct regular system checks and maintenance tasks.
  • Preparation of test plan and test cases
  • Perform Users Acceptance Test (UAT) on the online securities, futures and options trading platform
  • Perform incident management activities – Coordination and resolutions of incidents (involves business and technology communication)
  • Coordinate and initiate with IT, back office departments on projects in the development & implementation of our digital platforms
  • Prepare user requirements regarding various functions of our digital platforms
  • Responsible for training of the trading system and the development of User manual
  • Manage daily operations related to trading system
  • Handle users enquiry of digital platforms

Requirements:

  • Form 7 / DSE graduates or above
  • 2 - 4 years working experience, experience in local brokerage business preferred
  • Customer-oriented and proactive
  • IT/Engineering background and business analysis experiences would be advantages
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Strong market sense and responsive to users' needs
  • Good computer skills in Word, Excel and Access
  • Eligible to apply for SFC type 1 and 2 licenses.
  • Innovative, creative, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Proficiency in both spoken & written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
