About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and independent Data Analyst to become a pivotal part of our team. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, you will be the primary engine for transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions across the business. You will work closely with a diverse range of stakeholders in business and product teams to build, maintain, and evolve our reporting ecosystem.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual (approx. 3 years of experience) to take ownership of our data narrative, hone their business acumen, and make a significant impact in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities include:

Dashboard & Report Development:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and user-friendly dashboards and reports primarily in Power BI.

• Act as the go-to Power BI "Super User" for the company, providing expertise and best practices.

• Continuously review and optimize existing reports for effectiveness, accuracy, and value, proposing improvements and automating processes where possible.

Data Analysis & Insight Generation:

• Move beyond reporting to perform deep-dive analysis, identify trends, and uncover actionable insights that answer key business questions.

• Proactively share data-driven recommendations with stakeholders to inform strategy and decision-making.

• Perform ad-hoc analysis to support various departments and special projects as needed.

Data Governance & Tracking:

• Manage and update the company’s Data Dictionary and Glossary, ensuring metric definitions are consistent and well-documented.

• Own the management of digital analytics in Google Analytics, ensuring accurate tracking of website/app user behavior.

• Partner with the product team to define, implement, and validate tracking for new features to measure their impact and performance.

Stakeholder Management:

• Collaborate effectively with various stakeholders across the organization to understand their data needs and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Manage the logistics and cadence of reporting, ensuring timely delivery and clear communication.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Approximately 3 years of experience in a data analyst or similar role.

• Proven expertise in Power BI (or a similar visualization tool like Tableau, Looker) is essential.

• High proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.

• Strong experience with Google Analytics and understanding of digital tracking concepts.

• A proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive projects to completion with minimal supervision.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to non-technical audiences.

• A curious and analytical mindset, with a passion for problem-solving and telling stories with data.

You’ll be a Good Fit if you have/ can/ are:

• Degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Quantitative Analysis are preferred but not essential

• Experienced in SQL and data visualizing tools (Google Analytics or other product analytics tools, Python, R an advantage)

• Ability to analyze reports and figures into meaningful actions

• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills

• Naturally curious, with a positive approach to all tasks

• Detail-oriented and have track record of ensuring accuracy and high-quality deliverables

• Immediate availability preferred
