Assistant Warehouse Supervisor

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in supervising and monitoring the performance and discipline of subordinates.
• Provide stock-related support to the Sales team.
• Maintain accurate stock in/out records using ERP and handle annual stock take.
• Ensure that the operations comply with the Fire Safety, Occupational Safety and Health Ordinance, TSA policies, and RP’s operational guidelines.
• Ensure proper stock placement and efficient utilization of storage space.
• Maintain good working conditions for warehouse tools.
• Assist in training and coaching subordinates.

• Any other legitimate duties assigned by superiors.

  
  

REQUIREMENTS

• An understanding of the Christian faith, values and ethos of The Salvation Army.
• Diploma holder with 3 years’ relevant experience in warehouse or supply chain management of which prefer with 1 year at supervisory level; or
• From 5 or DSE graduate with a minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience in warehouse or supply chain management of which prefer with 3 years at supervisory level.
• Proficient in MS Office and knowledge in ERP system is an advantage.
• Good supervisory, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese.
• Proactive, detailed-minded and good problem-solving skill.
