Assistant Technical Sales Manager (EMS Solution)

DEFOND, an ODM-centric control solutions provider, is hiring the Assistant Technical Sales Manager for our Business Unit of Home Appliances & IOT technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead targeted business development with project management/Engineer, and Engineer/R&D teams to convert EMS opportunities.
• Map Customers’ appliance roadmap and BD white space of roadmap.
• Actively maintain relationships with local customers and lead cross-functions to resolve quality/cost/delivery/service issues.
• Present our unique EMS value propositions via strong technical know-how and coordination with engineering teams to deliver prototype-to-mass production solutions.
• Structure master service agreements (MSAs) to maximize mutual benefits.
• Benchmark against competitive strategies in premium target application, and proactively monitor to provide a solution on tariff impact.

​Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related subject.
• 5+ years EMS/ODM sales experience with proven track record in US consumer electronics sector.
• Willing to travel to the US and/or other overseas countries.
• Familiar with technical fluency in motor control/UI.
• Result-oriented, strong business ownership and customer-centric.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
