Assistant Supply Chain Manager

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the teams of Shipping / Operation
• Regarding all shipping-related matters, including Customs documentation, ensuring timely schedules and shipments
• Generate and maintain inventory / costing reports and analysis reports on a regular and timely basis
• Liaise with internal and external partners to drive effective communication
• Develop procedures, review and improve SOP to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy
• Review business performance and prepare analytical reports
• Responsible for inventory control
• Support system UAT testing
• Assist ad-hoc projects as required

Requirements

• Degree or Higher Diploma in logistics management
• At least 8 years of relevant experience with a minimum of 3 years at the managerial level
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivated
• Well understanding of China Market
• Sound knowledge in HK Customs regulation
• Proficient in MS Office applications. Experience in operations / ERP system
