We are looking for a Assistant Service Manager to join our client’s fast-growing team.
Responsibilities:
-
Oversee the team of daily operation, included Sat, Sun and public holidays
-
Handling customer enquiry and incident in a timely manner to fulfil SLA
-
Prepare documentation, host meeting with internal team and customer
-
On-site, odd hour working is required with compensation
-
Vender management, collaborate with different vendors to provide service, especially on incident handling
-
Any other duty assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
-
Bachelor/Higher Diploma in Computer Science or related discipline
-
At least 3 years relevant experience
-
Professional qualification on networking (e.g. CCNA, CCNP) is preferred
-
Hands-on experience of Routers/ Switches, Firewall, Wireless Network and other networking equipment (e.g. Load Balancer, WAF, NAC)
-
Experience in supporting Cloud networking (AWS, Azure) is an advantage
-
Knowledge of service management best practice (e.g. ITIL, ISO20000)
-
Good problem-solving skills, including root-cause analysis
-
Willing to work under pressure
-
Able to work independently and good interpersonal skills to interact with team members
-
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
-
Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese, including Putonghua
