At Kitchen Infinity, the sales team is the engine that drives the consumer reach of our home furnishing solutions including appliances, cabinets etc. We’re seeking a qualified assistant sales manager who can help keep this engine running with their own sales skills. The ideal assistant sales manager has deep experience with the entire sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and deal closing. We’re looking for a team member who has strong negotiating skills — someone with a successful track record who can inspire the same performance in others. The role demands a candidate who has a sharp mind and ability to build and maintain high-performance.
Objectives of this role

Represent the company with comprehensive knowledge of products and services

Research customer needs and demonstrate how our solutions meet their requirements

Contribute to company goals by supporting sales planning, setting objectives, and monitoring performance

Build strong pipelines by generating leads and fostering relationships with clients
Responsibilities

Assist in managing and expanding retail and dealer sales activities

Assist the Sales Director and Associate Sales Director to implement strategic sales plans

Support client relationships, ensuring their needs are met effectively

Meet sales targets and assist in monitoring company quotas and objectives
Required skills and qualifications

Bachelor's degree holder or equivalent

2–4 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record in the sales process

Knowledge of building materials or home furniture is an advantage

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Proficient in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)

Self-motivated, independent, and able to work under pressure
