Responsibilities:

  • Client Development: Focus on the financial insurance industry (e.g., insurance companies, banking financial divisions, insurance brokerage firms). Identify clients' logistics needs in scenarios such as insurance policy/certificate/bank card/credit card delivery, material transportation, and financial archive storage. Generate business development strategy and provide solution for targeted business, involve new clients and achieve performance targets.
  • Demand Alignment: Gain in-depth understanding of the business processes of financial insurance clients (e.g. Insurance policy distribution, claim document circulation, cross-regional financial material allocation). Collaborate with the company's logistics operations and product teams to design customized logistics service solutions that meet industry compliance requirements (e.g., client information confidentiality, certificate security traceability).
  • Client Maintenance: Responsible for maintaining relationships with existing key financial insurance clients. Regularly follow up clients' service experience, promptly coordinate and resolve abnormal issues in logistics services (e.g., delivery timeliness, material damage), improve client satisfaction and promote long-term cooperation.
  • Market Research: Research the logistics market trends in the financial insurance industry (e.g., competitor service models, industry policy changes). Collect client feedback and potential needs, and issue market analysis reports to provide references for the company to optimize logistics products and adjust sales strategies.
  • Contract & Payment Collection: Responsible for negotiating cooperation agreement terms with clients (including service scope, price, performance standards) to ensure contracts are compliant and in line with the company's interests. Follow up project payment progress to ensure timely receipt of funds and reduce the risk of bad debts.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Sales, Marketing, Business, Finance, Insurance, Logistics or related disciplines.
  • Minimum of 3 years in key account sales experience. Candidates with work experience in managing key accounts for financial insurance industry (e.g. sales/operations in insurance institutions, corporate banking business) or logistics sales experience in serving financial insurance clients are preferred. Familiar with industry business logic and customer decision making process.
  • Understand the regulatory requirements of financial insurance industry (e.g. client information protection, financial certificate management standards); able to match clients' compliance needs with the characteristics of logistics services.
  • Basic data analysis skills; able to optimize sales strategies and support performance achievement through market data and client feedback.
  • Have a Strong sense of goal and ability to work under pressure, good communication, coordination and cross-team collaboration.
  • Excellent in both written and spoken Cantonese and Mandarin, fluency in spoken English is preferred.
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred.
