The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and accomplished Assistant Marketing & Communications Manager to develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns that drive exhibition promotion and enhance brand visibility. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing campaign performance metrics, identifying emerging industry trends, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver content of exceptional quality. This role requires a strategic mindset with strong analytical capabilities to optimize marketing initiatives for maximum impact and efficiency across our Food & Hospitality portfolio.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strategize, develop, and execute comprehensive marketing plans encompassing email campaigns, media partnerships, advertising initiatives, and content marketing strategies
- Enhance brand recognition and market positioning for all exhibitions within the Food & Hospitality portfolio
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create and deliver high-calibre professional content
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with media partners and industry thought leaders to expand event visibility and audience reach
- Conduct thorough analysis and reporting on marketing campaign performance, leveraging data insights to refine future strategic approaches
- Maintain current knowledge of industry developments and marketing best practices to continuously elevate campaign effectiveness
- Demonstrate initiative by conceptualizing and implementing innovative promotional channels and marketing approaches
- POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in marketing roles with demonstrated success
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field
- Superior interpersonal and communication abilities with proven collaborative skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Demonstrated adaptability, teamwork orientation, and self-motivation
- Proven ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet challenging deadlines
