KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and nurture strong partnerships with key stakeholders to drive business growth across Asia.
- Assess stock levels and support Director/Manager with Open-to-Buy discussions with partners to identify sales opportunities and risks.
- Support seasonal buy 4 times a year, includes order management, price management
- Provide admin and operational support, including after sales support, training, packaging order, visual merchandising, logistics and legal compliance, marketing event execution
- Conduct regular market visits to stay updated on trends and ensure brand standards are met.
Merchandising Planning/Assortment
- Work with Global/Regional Merchandising to ensure appropriate assortments are communicated and locations are adequately serviced.
- Regularly assess stock levels and propose OTB adjustments to travel retail partners.
- Prepare account-specific analysis and supporting documentation as needed.
- Manage communication and timelines between the Global/Regional office and across travel retail partners.
- Establish suggested retail pricing targets and determine distribution channels based on market conditions.
Reports and Analyses
- Collaborate with Global/Regional cross functional teams on product analysis and buying plans.
- Review weekly results by classification to identify business trends.
- Facilitate seasonal pricing strategies to align with global benchmarks.
- Analyze market data and competitor activities to compare product performance and make recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction and sales.
- Conduct other ad-hoc analyses and support on presentation materials as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in account management and operational skills within consumer products.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the luxury, fashion, or travel retail sectors
- Background in Merchandising/Planning/Business development is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in data analysis, reporting and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proactive, self-motivated, team-oriented, and adept at problem-solving.
- Proficient in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
- Occasional travel is required.
