What you'll be doing ( Responsibilities)
- Support the DC head in managing all operational functions of DC, including warehouse, distribution, and related processes
- Monitor and report on KPIs to identify areas for improvement and drive operational excellence
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to facilitate smooth operations
- Assess current operational processes, implement necessary revisions, and adhere to best practices to enhance efficiency
- Generate detailed reports, analyses, and presentations to communicate operational performance metrics and insights to management
Perform other related tasks as required to support the team
What we're looking for ( Requirements)
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
- Solid experience in logistics and warehouse operations or supply chain management, with proven leadership and managerial expertise
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, complemented by a positive mindset and a can-do attitude
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proficient in MS Office and skilled in Chinese and English word processing
- Good in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
