Responsibilities:
- Handle C&B operations including payroll administration, MPF, tax reporting, leave administration, work injury compensation, final payment;
- Assist in conducting data analysis, HR reports & proposals and project management;
- Assist in implementation of HR policies and guidelines;
- Participate in data management for the HRMIS migration exercise.
Requirements:
- Associate Degree / Diploma in HR Management or related discipline, preferably with a Bachelor Degree;
- Solid work experience preferably with 3 years in HR field;
- Good knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and employment related regulations;
- Attention to details and accuracy, proactive and responsible;
- Familiar with MS Office and proficient in both Chinese and English word-processing;
- Immediately available is highly preferable;
- Post and package will be commensurate with the applicant’s work experience.
