职位描述

  • Responsible for human resources strategic planning and annual work plan according to the company's development strategy, business plan and the status of human resources management.

  • Responsible for the establishment, implementation and follow-up of the company's rules and regulations to ensure compliance with the Employment Ordinance, Data Privacy Act and other Hong Kong laws

  • Responsible for the co-ordination of the company's human resources work, establish, implement and improve the recruitment, training, attendance, payroll and performance appraisal and other personnel-related rules and procedures

  • Responsible for the formulation of the company's remuneration scheme and establish an effective incentive and constraint mechanism

  • Formulate performance evaluation and appraisal policy, organize and implement performance management system

  • Supervise the attendance records of employees, calculate and prepare payroll file, and complete the payment of MPF and various benefits for employees

  • Responsible for employee-related insurance planning and renewal, including group medical, group life, personal accident, and business travel insurance etc

  • Manage the daily work of the department and be responsible for the management of the departmental staff, and to formulate effective work arrangement and allocation according to the functions and personal capabilities of the departmental staff.

  • Provide timely and accurate feedback to supervisors on work progress, results and issues; actively collaborate with colleagues in other departments

  • Complete other tasks as assigned by Top Management.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or above in Human Resources or related disciplines, graduated from prestigious universities at Hong Kong or abroad are preferred;

  • Familiar with Hong Kong's labour laws and regulations, and understand the mode of business operation and management process in respect of manufacturing and international trading enterprises;

  • 3-5 years or more relevant working experience in office management, administration and human resources field is preferred;

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office or Office 365 including Words, Excels ,PowerPoints and outlook etc;

  • Good professional ethics and teamwork spirit, excellent organizational communication and coordination skills, careful and rigorous, good at analysis and problem solving, able to flexibly deal with unexpected situations at work and willing to bear certain work pressure.

 

Benefits and Working information

  • Working hours : Monday to Friday 8:30-17:30

  • Working location : Tseung Kwan O Industrial Estate 

  • 12 days AL for Senior Officer and 15 days AL for Assistant Manager

  • 12 days paid sick leave with Medical Insurance

  • Discretionary Year-End Bonus
