Assistant General Manager (Production) – Shenzhen

Responsibilities:

• Lead daily operations across production departments; meet delivery, quality, and cost targets.
• Lift production throughput and OEE; reduce scrap, rework, and changeover time.
• Plan capacity and schedules with PMC; secure on-time delivery.
• Strengthen quality systems with QA; implement robust line controls and CAPA.
• Drive IE/PE improvements and practical automation; optimize workflow and strengthen automation.
• Lead and develop supervisors; enforce 5S, preventive maintenance, and audit readiness.
• Set and review KPIs; establish best practices and lead continuous improvement.
• 负责生产各部门的日常运营，确保质量、交期与成本达标
• 提升产能与OEE，压缩不良品率，减少返工与换线时间
• 领导PMC进行产能与排期规划，确保订单准时交付
• 完善质量管理，强化制程管控与CAPA
• 推动IE/PE优化与生产智能化/自动化，持续改善工艺与流程
• 培养一线主管，落实5S、保养维护与社会责任标准
• 建立并跟踪KPI，标准化作业并持续推进精益改善

Requirements:

• 10+ years in printing manufacturing; 5+ years leading factory operations (Manager or above).
• Strong technical knowledge in printing and post-press for books, stationery, and packaging.
• Proven results in efficiency gains, defect reduction, and automation projects.
• Hands-on leadership; effective communication on the shop floor.
• Data-driven, strong problem-solving; familiar with Lean/IE tools.
• Station in Shenzhen 5-6 days per week.
• Higher Diploma/Degree in Printing/Manufacturing/Engineering or related.
• Mandarin required; Cantonese and English preferred.
• 10年以上印刷经验，5年以上管理经验
• 熟悉书版、文具与包装印刷工艺、设备与材料
• 效率提升、自动化项目具实战经验
• 现场型管理，沟通清晰，善于带队落地执行
• 问题解决能力强，科学化管理，熟悉精益生产
• 常驻深圳，每周到岗5—6天
• 大专/本科及以上，印刷、制造、工程或相关专业
• 普通话熟练；会粤语和英语者优先
