Assistant Finance Manager / Finance Manager

-          Responsible for consolidations of financial statements, management reports, variance analysis budgeting and forecasting in accordance to accounting standards;

-          Preparing different kind of schedules, breakdowns meeting with management functions;

-          Overview and ensure relevant and sufficient supporting documents in accordance to accounting and internal control standards;

-          Responsible for financial planning, budgeting & forecasting, cash flow modelling and transaction DD work;

-          Co-ordinating with client, different finance teams and professional parties;

-          Perform any Ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

-          Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

-          5 years or above relevant experience is required

-          Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

-          Ability to multitask and manage time effectively under tight schedule

-          Proficient in MS Office, including Excel and Word

-          Experience in auditing HK/ PRC listed companies; familiar with HK listing rules and HKFRSs will be an advantage;
