Responsibilities

Lead a small team to plan, organise and execute corporate events, e.g. conferences, ceremonies, annual dinners and staff events, e.g. fun days, Christmas parties, etc

Liaise with internal teams, vendors and external stakeholders to ensure timely and successful delivery of events and projects

Manage event budgets, timelines and logistics, including venue selection, catering, AV requirements, guest registration and on-the-day coordination

Maintain accurate records of all event details, critiques, and post-event feedback for future reference and improvement
-
Take on ad-hoc tasks and special projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility, initiative, and the ability to manage various projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards

Assist with any ad hoc duties as requested
Requirements
-
Bachelor's Degree in Events Management, Public Relations, Marketing, Hospitality Management or related field

Minimum 6 years of proven experience in events management, with experience gained from public relations or events companies/ agencies is an advantage

Strong English and Chinese language skills

Strong project management skills and experience juggling multiple timelines

Analytical mindset with a focus on improving engagement and retention

A creative and can do attitude, self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility, independent, good leadership, able to work in a multi-disciplinary team and under pressure

Hands-on with social media platforms and digital tools for community activation
